Facilities Mexico joins forces to co-locate with Expo Seguridad, Mexico Safety Expo and NFPA Mexico Fire Expo
Creates Joint Venture with ROC Exhibitions and Giprex
Facilities Mexico is pleased to announce a new co-location agreement with Expo Seguridad, Mexico Safety Expo and NFPA Mexico Fire Expo. Expo Seguridad and Mexico Safety Expo are owned by Giprex of Boca Raton, Fla. and NFPA Mexico Fire Expo are owned by ROC-NFPA, LLC located in Lisle, Ill. Through these agreements, all parties will combine strengths to host a unique event that will combine Security, Fire, Safety and Facilities Management solutions. It will be the largest event of it's kind in Mexico and all of Latin America, with an anticipated 400 exhibitors covering more than 240,000 Sq. Ft of exhibition space in 2010.
Andrea Ferrando, Marketing Director of Expo Seguridad expressed her enthusiasm about the agreement: "We are very excited about this new venture. It builds on the strengths of our security and safety events and creates a unique proposition for visitors. It also provides a natural growth path for us over the next five years, and will create new value for our existing exhibitors and visitors alike. It will enable us to leverage economies of scale and provide a world class event combined with educational content of the highest standard. From a client prospective, this means business as usual and all of our customers will continue to deal with the same contacts under the same terms and conditions as in the past".
Over the next few months more information will be forthcoming, in particular on an extensive conference program for visitors to the 2010 event which will be held April 20-22, 2010 in Centro Banamex, Mexico City.
With an almost 20 percent increase in attendance and a 25 percent increase in exhibition space, Expo Seguridad Mexico 2009 proved to be an impetus for exhibitors to sign up early for 2010. Currently, 75 percent of booths for the 2010 event have already been sold.
Co-located with Expo Seguridad Mexico in 2009 was the Mexico Safety Expo, which featured occupational safety and health products and solutions. Now in its second year, the expo attracted more than 3,600 visitors and leading manufacturers and distributors, a very healthy growth and Giprex, the show organizer expects to see a similar growth pattern to Expo Seguridad Mexico in the next few years.
Facilities Mexico and Trade Press Media Group
Facilities Mexico is a new conference and product show launching in April 2010. It is produced by Trade Press Media Group and ROC Exhibitions, the same team that produces the National Facilities Management and Technology Show (NFMT) and the Facility Decisions Show in the United States. Facilities Mexico is expected to attract 2,000 building managers, construction managers, engineering professionals, architects, plant managers, finance, administration and others involved in building management.

Expo Seguridad Mexico

NFPA Mexico Fire Expo
NFPA’s yearly conference and exposition in Mexico City, provides a wide range of Fire Protection and Electrical Safety Education. Participants in the event receive the latest information on codes & standards, sprinkler systems, detection & notification, dealing with hazardous materials or environments, and emergency planning, as well as the opportunity to learn from a wide variety of case studies.
