It is uncertain when the next pandemic will occur, but one eventually will. Whether the disease is called Bird Flu, Swine Flu or something else altogether, it will be the job of building managers to limit the spread of contagion in their properties and to keep their properties open and available to tenants. In this session, attendees will learn how to plan and prepare for an uncertain future.
