Few FM organizations have established a strategic succession plan for capturing the knowledge of those who are departing, as well as recruiting new entrants into FM. This presentation focuses on the importance of succession planning, strategies for keeping potential retirees involved while training their replacements, and developing viable action steps to actively recruit new workers into an FM organization.
